Planning Your Visit

Following government guidance, many of our stores, cafes, bars and restaurants are now open.

Please note that our retailers and restaurants may be working to slightly different timescales for their reopening. They may also be implementing new systems to help everybody to stay safe, so please always check with them directly before setting off.

Some of our cafes and restaurants will continue to offer a take-away or delivery service only for now.

Dining with us

Whilst a number of our restaurants are planning to reopen over the coming weeks, it’s still not quite business as usual.

You may find that some of the restaurants are limiting tables to a maximum of six people at a time and may need to offer a limited menu. Please note that Bar & Block will require you to book in advance.

Most of our restaurants will be returning with reduced hours. Please do check our Now open section, where we aim to keep restaurant opening hours as up-to-date as possible. Or check in with the retailers directly.

As has become the norm at Whiteley, we do ask that you queue for any of our restaurants or stores whilst maintaining a two-metre distance from others and whilst sticking to our designated areas outside.

Please visit our Facilities and services page to find out more.

Stay safe
The wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority and so we’re introducing new measures to keep Whiteley as safe as possible for everyone.

This means that some things may look a little different next time you visit us, so please look out for:

  • Hand sanitising stations
  • New signage to help everyone keep a two-metre distance from others
  • One-way/ keep left systems to help with social distancing
  • Plexiglass screen barriers at our information desk

Our Whiteley on-site colleagues have all been provided with suitable PPE such as masks and gloves to help them carry out their roles safely. We’re also continuing with our enhanced cleaning regimes, including regular cleaning of key touchpoints throughout each day.

We will be closely managing visitor numbers, so we can be confident that everyone can maintain social distancing.

You can help everyone to stay safe by:

  • Staying at home if you, or anyone in your household, has symptoms of Covid-19
  • Washing your hands regularly
  • Keeping a two-metre distance from people outside of your household
  • Using contactless payments wherever possible
