Blue Badge parking spaces are available in the East, Cinema A, Tesco and Market Square car parks in close proximity to the shops.
Access from the car parks does not require the use of steps, lifts or escalators.

Blue Badge parking is subject to the advertised tariff, although visitors requiring additional time can contact Centre Management 01489 566000.

Accessible toilets are provided within the public toilet facilities by Market Square. If any visitor requires additional assistance Centre Management will endeavour to help.

Bring the car for a day out at Whiteley Fareham, with over 1,300 parking spaces to choose from across seven car parks.

Our seven car parks offer over 1,360 spaces, all equipped with CCTV.

Carparks are open from 6am until midnight, and parking is free for 4 hours or £3 for 6 hours in all car parks bar Tesco (4 hour maximum stay) until 6.00pm and Market Square ( 1 hour only – appointment only). There are no restrictions between 6.00pm and midnight in any car parks.

Please note our car park payment machines accept payment by card only.

All of our car parks are monitored by Group Nexus. To find out parking time limits, visit our car parking webpage. Failure to park accordingly may result in a Parking Charge Notice.

You will find a cash machine outside Tesco which is withdrawal-fee free.

Whiteley shopping centre has officially unveiled its new fully accessible changing facility, helping those with more complex care needs to enjoy visits to the centre more easily.

Situated in the East car park by Harvester – designed to give easy access – the new modular building includes specialist healthcare equipment.

The facility includes:

• Changing Bench – adult-sized and height-adjustable
• Hoist – ceiling track hoist designed to be used with loop attachment slings (slings are provided)
• Toilet – the toilet has room on either side for carers to support
• Sink – height adjustable
• This toilet is stoma bag friendly
• Grab rails and privacy screen

Dogs are welcome at Whiteley in all outside areas, and in some stores, we’ve also provided a dog bowl outside our centre management office. You can also take your dog to Starbucks for a free Puppaccino (espresso cup filled with cream with a dog biscuit on top).

We have Pod Point electric vehicle charging bays on-site for customers – located in the East Car Park outside Harvester.

Charging posts all offer a fast 7kW charge via a Type 2 Mennekes connector. Our EV charging is 49p per KWH.

A portable induction loop system is available at the Centre Management Office and will be made available for use anywhere at the Centre as required.

Please enquire at the Centre Management Office by Market Square for any lost property from the malls. Please speak to individual retailers regarding items lost within their stores.

Please note that cycling or scooting is not permitted through the shopping centre. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that you walk your bike or scooter while moving through the centre. Thank you for helping us keep the space safe for all visitors.

This shopping centre operates a strict no‑smoking and no‑vaping policy. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the centre. These activities are permitted only within the car parks and must be conducted responsibly, away from building entrances and other visitors.

East, Cinema A and Tesco car parks include Parent & Child spaces.

A petrol station is located just by Tesco for your convenience.

Whether it’s for an urgent prescription, pain relief or you need healthcare advice from a pharmacist, the pharmacy at Boots is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am – 9.00pm and Sunday 10.30am – 4.30pm.

Toilet facility opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday – 9am until 7pm

Sunday – 10.30am until 4.30pm

The nearest alternative facilities can be found at Tesco.

Mamas and Papas have a fully air-conditioned feeding room on their first floor.
