Whiteley has been named a WorldHost recognised shopping and leisure destination, a must-have in the world of customer service.
All members of the site cleaning, security and management teams were trained to precise WorldHost standards, and all the hard work paid off when we received the title in late 2015.
To maintain customer service levels, our output is regularly assessed by mystery shoppers, and we often conduct customer surveys to ensure we’re continually progressing our services. What’s more, anyone working at Whiteley who has garnered great feedback on their work is granted a Service Excellence Award.
Since opening in 2013, our team has won several customer service awards, and we continue to enter awards to benchmark performance against the best shopping centres in the UK. We’re also fortunate to have retailers recognised for excellence both locally and nationally - by continuing to work together, we hope to keep evolving customer satisfaction at Whiteley.
