and in other digital media and in print media. This license can also be transferred by British Land to its affiliated companies to third party collaborators for the purpose of promoting products under the British Land brand. This license also includes a right, but not an obligation, to refer to the creator of the Content and the social media account where the Content was uploaded. You confirm that you own or control the rights to the Content. If you are under 18 years old you guarantee that you have your parents’ consent to grant this license. Furthermore, you certify that the Content submitted by you does not violate any rights of a third party or any law. British Land has a right, but not an obligation, to use the Content.
By replying with the hashtag #YesBL you consent to the processing of any personal data that is present in your post, this may include photographs, your social media username and/or handle, and the metadata attached to these posts.
Images may be reproduced for these purposes across our social media platforms and printed media publications. We will delete your personal information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
