Whiteley Doggie Day

After such a successful Doggie Day last year we are going bigger and better this year. Join us for a FREE fun doggie day! Bring your dog to test their skills on our dog agility course, or enter one of our free competitions (waggiest tail, best in agility, trick master, and many more…) for a chance to stand on the winner’s podium wearing a rosette.

We’re also excited to welcome back Soozi the amazing Dog Caricaturist, who can create a super cute sketch of your four-legged-friend and this year you can get your doggie paw print done with dog safe ink to keep as a momentum. All we ask in return is for a small donation to Guide Dogs for the Blind, who will also be joining us on the day to chat about the services they offer in the community.

But that’s not all! This year, we’re inviting doggie-related stalls to be part of the festivities.

• Guide Dogs Charity will be selling merchandise and running a tombola. (All donations for this event will be made to Guide Dogs)
• David Wilson Homes are providing us with free teas and coffees for all humans and a free treat for your pup!
• Solent Hotel will be running a tombola to WIN a dog friendly stay at their hotel. *
• Brucester’s Bakes will be selling paint your own doggie themed biscuits for humans.
• Bark Bakery will be selling home-made doggie treats.
• The Academy of Modern Canine Behaviour & Training, to get some knowledge and advice on tricks and training your pooch.

You can find our agility course in the area outside Cineworld from 11am – 4pm.

Also if you visit Starbucks, you can grab a free Puppaccino for your doggie, or head to the ice cream van and buy a tub of dog friendly ice cream as a well deserved treat at the end of the day!
