    Mothers Day Photography Newsletter Sign-Up – Terms & Conditions

     

     

    1. Promoter: The promoter is UNIVERSITIES SUPERANNUATION SCHEME LIMITED (Company No. 01167127) of Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool L3 1PY and WHITELEY TRUSTEE 1 LIMITED (a company incorporated in Jersey and registered with number 154111 and registered in the Register of Overseas Entities with ID OE032734) and WHITELEY TRUSTEE 2 LIMITED (a company incorporated in Jersey and registered with number 154112 and registered in the Register of Overseas Entities with ID OE032735) in their capacity as the trustees of the Whiteley Shopping Centre Unit Trust and whose registered office is 3rd Floor, 44 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE4 9WG and whose address for service in the United Kingdom is c/o The British Land Company Plc of York House, 45 Seymour Street, London, W1H 7LX together such parties known as “THE WHITELEY CO-OWNERSHIP”  (the “Promoter”).
    2. Event Title: Christmas Photography Newsletter Sign-Up.
    3. Event Date & Times: The event will take place on Saturday 7th March 2026, with two photography sessions running from 10:00am–12:00pm and 1:00pm–3:00pm.
    4. Eligibility: The event is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding:
      1. Employees of the Promoter or its group companies.
      2. Employees of agents or suppliers professionally connected with the event.
      3. Immediate family members or households of the above.
    5. Entry Mechanism: To participate, attendees must sign up to the Whiteley Newsletter at the event on the day. Only one photo will be taken per sign-up.
    6. Photo Delivery: Photos will be emailed to participants within one month after the event using the contact details provided at sign-up.
    7. Entry Restrictions:
      1. Only one photo per person is permitted.
      2. Entries on behalf of another person or joint sign-ups are not allowed.
      3. Automated or bulk entries are not accepted.
    8. Free Participation: There is no cost to participate in the event or receive a photo.
    9. Data Protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. Photos will be sent only to the email address provided at sign-up.
    10. Photo Use: Photos are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. Participants may be asked for consent if their photo is to be used in promotional materials.
    11. Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in photo delivery. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
    12. Changes & Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
    13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes must be brought before UK courts.
    14. Bound by these terms and conditions: It is explicitly stated that by signing up to the newsletter, customers are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    15. Unsubscribing: Customers may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email.
