This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UK's fast growing leisure brands. Rock Up has seven very successful sites in Birmingham, Hull, Meadowhall, Rushden Lakes, Whiteley, Watford and Lakeside with
exhilarating continued growth plans thereafter.
Rock Up operates an exciting, new indoor climbing concept, combined with soft play and a high-quality cafe.
The concept is best described as "fun climbing at its best' and has proved hugely popular with guests and families, as well as with landlords looking for further leisure facilities to complement their retail offerings.
Rock Up has established itself as the operator of choice for retail and leisure park landlords and has many potential sites across the UK for the coming years.
We are looking for an outstanding leader who will be given the opportunity to take their strong experience to new heights. Ideally, you will come from a background in retail, operations, hospitality, educational activity, health club, leisure, or overseas seasons management.
You'll also be responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy for the business and delivering the marketing and brand roadmap.
This role requires at least 2 days per week based at our site in Whiteley in Hampshire.
You will manage our sales and marketing team, with 2 direct reports. You will need to be a natural leader with a self-starter attitude, excellent people management and passion. You will have a driven personality and fully demonstrate the importance of leading the team.
In this role, you will report to the Operations Director.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving the sales and marketing strategy.
Providing analysis of sales data.
Measuring and analysing activity against targets and building on success of activities.
Delivering the marketing and communication plan.
Identifying new market opportunities.
Creating products on our booking system.
Leading the enhancement and protection of brand reputation.
Managing all online marketing, including, website, SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media.
Driving sales, including community groups and corporate bookings.
Managing/attending events, such as, trade shows as a representative of the company.
Overseeing, monitoring and managing the relationship with our third-party agency.

Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years' experience, ideally 6 years, goined in sales and marketing with the ability to lead a team
Strong Analytical and Presentation skills
Expertise in digital marketing
