Throughout Whiteley you will find a range of services and facilities to make your visit safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

Dogs are welcome at Whiteley in all outside areas, and in some stores, we’ve also provided a dog bowl outside our centre management office. You can also take your dog to Starbucks for a free Puppaccino (espresso cup filled with cream with a dog biscuit on top).

Our car parks offer 4 hours’ free parking (except Market Square) with the ability to top-up to 6 hours for £2 (excluding Tesco). Our Tesco car park offers 4 hours’ maximum free parking. Market Square car park is a one hour only car park.

Please note our car parking machines accept payment by card only.

We have seven car parks, all equipped with CCTV. 

You will find cash machines located in Market Square and at Tesco. Both are withdrawal-fee free.

Please enquire at the Centre Management Office by Market Square for any lost property from the malls. Please speak to individual retailers regarding items lost within their stores.

East and Tesco car parks include Parent & Child spaces. 

A petrol station is located just by Tesco for your convenience.

Whether it’s for an urgent prescription, pain relief or you need healthcare advice from a pharmacist, the pharmacy at Boots is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am – 9.00pm and Sunday 10.30am – 4.30pm.

Toilet facility opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday – 9am until 7pm

Sunday – 10.30am until 4.30pm

The nearest alternative facilities can be found at Tesco.

Mamas and Papas have a fully air-conditioned feeding room on their first floor.  

 

We have three Pod Point electric vehicle charging bays on-site for customers – one is located in the East Car Park outside Harvester with a further two charging points located outside the cinema in the Cinema B car park.

Charging posts all offer a fast 7kW charge via a Type 2 Mennekes connector. Our EV charging is 49p per KWH.

Wheelchair hire is available from the Centre Management offices. ID will be required.

A portable induction loop system is available at the Centre Management Office and will be made available for use anywhere at the Centre as required.

Whiteley shopping centre has officially unveiled its new fully accessible changing facility, helping those with more complex care needs to enjoy visits to the centre more easily.

Situated in the East car park by Harvester – designed to give easy access – the new modular building includes specialist healthcare equipment such as an overhead hoist system as well as adjustable wash basins, changing benches, grab rails and privacy screens.

Whiteley does everything to ensure that the Centre’s facilities and services are made accessible to visitors and employees who have disabilities.

Blue Badge parking spaces are available in the East, Cinema A, Tesco and Market Square car parks in close proximity to the shops. Access from the car parks does not require the use of steps, lifts or escalators.

Blue Badge parking is subject to the advertised tariff, although visitors requiring additional time can contact Centre Management.

Accessible toilets are provided within the public toilet facilities by Market Square.
